I began studying double bass with Ran Ben-Naftali and continued my studies at the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance with Professor Michael Klinghoffer.
I was a recipient of America-Israel Cultural Foundation scholarships for seven consecutive years, from 2003 to 2009.
In 2007, I won first prize in the Concerto Competition of the String Department at the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance.
That same year, I won first prize in the Academy’s Duo Competition together with cellist Maya Belsitzman.
From 2007 to 2008, I served as principal double bassist of the Kibbutz Chamber Orchestra.
Since 2007, I have toured with the West-Eastern Divan Orchestra.
From 2009 to 2011, I was a member of the Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra.
In 2011, I joined the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra.
In 2025, I was appointed principal double bassist of the Kraków Philharmonic Orchestra.
In 2026, following the completion of a sabbatical year, I returned to my position with the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra.
In addition to my work as a classical double bassist, I also compose original music and songs.
